The view from the hotel was breathtaking and the private beach was a true gem. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of choices.
The kayaks and snorkel equipment advertised were unusable and appeared neglected. Staffing appeared to be lacking, causing delays in certain services.

Although the hotel offered good services overall, the organization of the breakfast area was chaotic, with orders getting mixed up. The staff was pleasant and hospitable, but the issue could have been avoided with better management.

We had an amazing stay with a stunning view from the hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great breakfast spread and very clean rooms. Staff members were friendly and had excellent service skills. Additionally, the hotel's location right on the beach was perfect for us.
